Here, too, our goal is to help you with simple exercises every day to accommodate a little exercise in the small gaps in the day. Since you don't need any fitness equipment, you can again choose the time and place for these maximum 10 minutes as flexibly as possible
In order to stimulate your ambition a bit, the workout will be increased minimally but steadily over time. However, this is done only in small steps and of course still in such a way that we stay under 10 minutes of exercise. You can of course still independently increase the number of repetitions if necessary.
