Our everyday life is often very stressful and full of appointments and sometimes we only notice in bed in the evening that we haven't done any sports again. With simple, usually already known exercises, we want to help you fill the small time windows during the day with some fitness.
The exercises can be done almost anywhere, without tools and in an uncomplicated manner. However, we fully understand if you prefer to do the exercises at home or in a closed individual office to avoid strange looks from colleagues or other subway passengers.
A little exercise also frees up your mind to concentrate on other things, and it's good for your health anyway. We wish you a lot of stamina and fun with sports and hope you take this opportunity to feel good / even better about yourself.
